With a little over two weeks
before Solihull Carnival commences The VILLAGE hotel fitness team
are putting the finishing touches to their BODYCOMBAT show routines
for Carnival.
Located off the Stratford Road in
Shirley the £22 million pound, state of the art hotel features a
5000 sq ft Health Club to rival any stand alone health and fitness
brands.
Leisure Club Manager,
International Fitness Presenter and Beijing Olympic Personal Trainer
Richard Lockstone said, “We just love opportunities like this, to
take fitness to the general public and shown them how much fun can
be had. It’s not just about pounding away on a treadmill. We have
inspirational coaches and presenters at Village that can change your
life. With our show routines at Solihull Carnival on Saturday 12th
June we’re out to have a bit of fun and raise money for some
fantastic charities,
Marie Curie and HAVING Fun Together,
a local Hearing and Visually Impaired Needs Group.
Along
with Laser UK, Village Hotels are proud sponsors of this years
Solihull Carnival and Carnival’s Got Talent which will culminate on
Saturday 12th
June with a procession through Solihull Town Centre to Tudor Grange
Park where there will be the final of Carnival’s Got Talent, a
wonderful array of arena acts, a sports day for the kids, host of
stalls and Bob Wilson’s fun fair.
Solihull Carnival is organised by
Shirley Round Table and Shirley Ladies Circle. Shirley Round Table
is a member of the National Association of Round Tables of Great
Britain and Ireland for men aged 18-45 and is a registered charity.
Shirley Ladies Circle is a member of the National Association of
Ladies Circles of Great Britain and Ireland for women aged 18-45. To
